About me!
So lets see. First im a Dad. Ive got 3 wonderfull children(14g, 13g, 9b). Thoought id stay married forever but that doesnt appear to be in the cards. So my divorce in pending but I think Ill cope with that. Tried to stay living in the house with my ex and her bf for several months for the sake of the kids but that was to hard. So I got a place of my own, Not huge but it works for me. Still spending lots of time, whenever I can, with my kids. Ah life works out. Guess Ill have to see what the future holds. Oh what else, Lets see, Ive got AIDS, been poz since 96. For years I hid from my Hiv which is how I got to the aids point. Not a good solution, Then i spent years hiding because I had aids. Somewhere along the line I really ceased to be that sick. I have my moments but for the most part Im normal active adult and those around me who dont know and cant really tell. I like to spend my time now trying to help others come to terms with there illness. Its not the big scary animal it used to be but those who are freshly diagnosed often see it as such. Im also trying to spend more time helping out as a volunteer outside of the house as well as participating in social events within the community. Getting out of the house and interacting with people who arent on the other side of the screen has really effected my life in a positive way. I keep having profound experiances which are helping to reshape my life into something much better then it was. Let us not forget also that I am a computer geek. It was my field of employement for many years. Ive had my own personal computer since I was 9. Now besides the kids, the ex and her bf, I live with oodles of computers. For a long time they were my friends. I still spend lots of time with them although I drop them, Well not really drop as that might break them, whenever I have a chance to do something else.

Music!
My tastes are pretty ecletic, One day im listening to country, the next rock, presently Reggea as I type this. Im kind of all over the board with music. Just dont like Operas sung in languages I dont understand. Meatloafs good, opera in english albiet rock opera. Loved Phantom of the opera so Its not all bad. Just hate not understanding the words and i find sometimes the words of the song are more important then the actual music.

Movies!
I like to go out to the theater, I tend to see alot of kids movies although I wouldnt mind a friend or 10 who wanted to go see some normal ones too.

Telivisionn.
I used to watch it all the time. Loved the crime dramas. Seen em all, thanks tivo. Dont really watch much anymore though. Maybe and hour ot two a week.

Books.
You mean paper? If I cant find the answer elsewhere I pick up a book. I do however love to listen to audiobooks. Something about being read to I like. Most of the time if I read a book its an E-book on my screen.

Heroes.
Everyone with HIV who gets up and faces the day with a positive attitude and a zest for life. People who put out there time as volunteers(im just starting myself). People who arent afraid to be who they are regardless of what other people think.

Who id like to meet!
I always like to meet new people. Right now im looking for friends. Was looking for people to date but I figure right now Im not in a good place to start a relationship. I think after a failed 10 year marrage I better learn to stand on my own two feet before I start trying to complicate things with someone else in an emotional capacity. So friendship is what im looking for, at least for now. As to whom? Id like to meet God, I have some questions and quite a few pointers. Id like to meet President Bush too. So I could tell him he's an asshole :). People who volunteer in the HIV/AIDS world who can hook me up with more oppurtunities to volutneer. Anything to fill the day.
